Sandrine Zeferino is an international business leader with over a decade of experience in brand and innovation strategy. She has worked at both regional and Global level in FMCG – including Kellogg’s and the Quick Service Restaurant industry progressing from Brand Manager to Marketing & Sales Director. Her experience includes driving brand growth, global brand management, building innovation pipelines and shaping portfolio strategies across diverse markets.
She combines strategic clarity with hands-on execution and has built high-performing teams capable of delivering impact at scale.
Driven by a strong commitment to responsible leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and talent development, notably by getting involved in Mentorship programs, Sandrine is passionate about supporting Young Leaders in driving positive social change in Climate, Nature and Inequality.
Joining One Young World Switzerland as Managing Director, she oversees the association’s operations, partnerships, strategic development, and the planning of the National Congress, working closely with the National Board, Ambassadors, and partners to strengthen the platform for Young Leaders across Switzerland.
