Jessica is passionate about developing Young Leaders to shape a more sustainable future. An engineer by training, she has held leadership roles supporting young people, from her early involvement in the Youth Sport Trust - a Charitable organisation in the UK, through her university years, to GenerationB – an employee driven movement at Bühler AG. She currently works there as Global Head of Sustainability Operations, where she focuses on driving sustainable impact at scale.
She became a One Young World Ambassador at the 2019 Summit in London, where she was energised by the potential and power of connecting the private sector with leaders who strive to drive social change. Driven by her passion and dedication, she played a key role in the official launch of the One Young World Switzerland National Board in June 2022 and was subsequently appointed Managing Director.
Over the past 3 years, Jessica has been instrumental in building and strengthening the Swiss One Young World community, successfully leading 3 National Congress events in Switzerland, and working closely with partners, Ambassadors and institutions across the country.
As of January 2026, she will step into the role of Chair of the Switzerland National Board, bringing deep institutional knowledge, continuity, and a strong commitment to youth-led action.
